New Products
At the moment we ship within mainland UK only.
Shipping: At most we ship 90 % of our products within 24 hrs after order/orders placed, or the latest 1-2 days accept Sunday, Christmas/Boxing Day, Bank Holidays and annual holidays. Delivery within the UK Monday to Saturday via Royal Mail and selected couriers.
Items over £20.00 will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed, Prices will be calculated on weight.
Some deliveries are not always guaranteed due to possible delays while in transit or postal disputes, I'm afraid this is out of our control. However we will keep you updated regarding your delivery and any delays.
Due to different sizes & weights our products do not have one fixed shipping prices, all shipping cost are added/selected when you reach the check out. Please Note: We only ship products up to 10kg.
Packaging
All our products are well wrapped in strong paper and packed in single or double walled boxes depending on items size and weight and then packaged with recyclable corn chip filling or clean wood shavings.
Some boxes are re-use again as part of our green recycling as to help protect our enviroment. Some times we may need to use bubble wrap for very large items, but very rarely we need to do so.
