Fore Sale: Lovely Robin Wade hand built pottery vase in a playful fashion to create ceramic forms and vessels to reflect the wilderness of the landscape.
Passionate about wild landscape and plants, Robin’s ceramic are inspired by her natural surroundings. Her work ranges from small garden sculptures and tile panels to jewellery and small vessels.
Using torn and textured white earthenware clay gives her hand-built forms and studded panels a rugged naturalistic finish which are then painted in a pallet of soft colours reflecting historical imprint and light quality of the landscapes and background shapes of foliage.
Also inspired by seasonal changes in the landscape….using impressed clay with fabrics, plants and found objects to reflect the moment of creation. Hand built porcelain made from textured and torn clay sheets and painted with layers of underglaze colours.
